Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Due to the instant, non-tangible nature of digital products (PDFs/ebooks), all sales are generally final. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Corrupted or unreadable file: We will send you a  copy immediately. If the issue persists, a full refund will be issued.
  • Wrong file delivered: We will correct the error within 24 hours or refund your purchase.
  • Accidental duplicate purchase: Contact us within 24 hours, and we will refund the duplicate charge.

We do not offer refunds due to:

  1. Change of mind
  2. Incompatible device or software (please check the format – PDFs work on almost all devices)
  3. Loss of file after download (please back up your files)

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and reason.

After completing your purchase, here's how to access your digital PDF or ebook:

1. Instant email method:

  • You will receive an email from us immediately after payment.
  • Click the download link inside the email.
  • Save the PDF file to your computer, tablet, or phone.

2. Account dashboard method (if you created an account):

  • Log into your account on our website.
  • Go to "My Downloads" or "Order History".
  • Click the download button next to your purchased product.

3. Mobile/tablet tips:

  • Tap the download link – the PDF will open in your browser.
  • Use the "Save to Files" or "Download" option (look for the share icon or three dots).
  • Recommended apps: iBooks (Apple), Google Play Books (Android), or Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Important:

You can download your file multiple times (we recommend saving a backup).

Links expire after 30 days? Let us know if you need a new link.

If you don't see the email within 10 minutes, check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
